SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

We strive to ship accurately and quickly.  If you place your order before 2PM EST we typically ship the same day.

We provide shipping through the United States Postal Service, through either:

  • Free Standard Shipping: First-Class mail is provided to you at no cost and will arrive in 5-7* business days.
  • Priority Mail: For an additional $15.00, priority mail will arrive in 2-5* business days.

RETURNS
 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased directly from NewHavenNaturals.com
 
If you purchased your New Haven Naturals product from a retail store not owned by New Haven Naturals you will need to return your item directly with that retail store.
 
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
 
You need to have been the one who originally purchased the product as well as have an order receipt.

REFUNDS
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@newhavennaturals.com and send your item to: 5694 Mission Center Rd, Ste 602-315, San Diego, CA, 92108, United States.
